TUGAS SUPERVISI #KEDISIPLINAN

1.       1. Bagaimana tahap2 mendisiplikan karyawan?
  •        membuat peraturan yg tegas dan masuk akal dan sesuai pelanggarannya
  •        memberikan penyuluhan kepada setiap karyawan betapa pentingnya kedisiplinan itu.
  •        Adapun tingkatan pada pemberian hukuman keapda karyawan seperti teguran/warning tertulis maupun yg tidak tertulis.
  •       Warning yg tertulis biasanya ada 3 tahap:
  •        Warning 1 biasanya hanya sekedar menmbuat perjanjian agar karyawan tidak membuat kesalahan yg sama
  •        Warning yg ke 2 diiringi dengan skors
  •        Warning 3 atau warning terakhir adalah di berhentikan secara paksa atau secara halus (yaitu memberi madat kepada SDM agar membuat surat pengunduran diri)
 
 
 
2.        2.  Kenapa kedisiplinan karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor untuk mencapai keberhasilan organiasi?
 
      karena kedisiplinan adalah hal yg sangat vital,dengan tidak adanya kedisiplinan jadwal pekerjaan jadi terputus-putus,kemerosotan hasil produksi dan pelayanan,timbulnya ketidakpuasan costumer,menaniknya cost,dan pelaksanaan operasional tidak efisien.
 
 
 
3.       3. Sebutkan Contoh2 kedisiplinan dalam organisasi, jelaskan?

   Prefentif
 Tindakan SDM agar terdorong untuk mentaati standar peraturan. Maksudnya adalah membuat  SDM   sadar akan pentingnya peraturan sehingga tertanam dalam hati SDM tersebut untuk membiasakan diri disiplin.
 
  Korektif
      Tindakan dilakukan setelah terjadi pelanggaran standar atau peraturan. Tindakan ini bisanya berupa hukuman tertentu disebut tindakan disipliner, berupa peringatan atau skors.
      maksudnya adalah membuat si SDM jera akan apa yang ia perbuat. Sehingga si SDM menjadi disiplin dan mematuhi semua standar dan peraturan yang telah dibuat oleh perusahaan.

  Progresif
      Tindakan disipliner  yang berulang kali berupa hukuman yang semakin berat dengan maksud agar pihak pelanggar bisa memperbaiki diri sebelum hukuman pemecatan dijatuhkan.
      Ini adalah tindakan  paling akhir dalam menegur SDM yang benar-benar mengabaikan kedisiplinan.
      Tujuannya adalah menyaring SDM-SDM yg benar-benar mau bekerja. 
      Tindakan ini sangatlah bagus karena bertujuan mencari karyawan yg benar-benar produktif  dan menguntungkan bagi perusahaan.

Tugas "Kepemimpinan"

1. Kesimpulan dari materi kepemimpinan


Definisi kepemimpinan adalah suaatu kegiatan yang bertujuan mengatur, mengarahkan serta  memberi pengaruh kepada sekelompok bawahan atau anggota yang saling berhubungan, sehingga secara rela bekerja demi mencapai tujuan bersama.


untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin, dibutuhkan kriteria-kriteria yang baik. Tolak ukur untuk mendapatkan simpati dari bawahan atau anggota yaitu sebagai berikut :
 a. Sifat  pemimpin yang baik memiliki sifat yang dewasa dalam menyelesaikan masalah, bijaksana, tidak emosional, tegas, merangkul anak buah dan lain sebagainya.


b.Perilaku   sebagai pemimpin kita harus dapat memberi contoh yang baik, yang dicerminkan dari perilaku kita yang disiplin, jujur, tahan mental, tekun dan tertib


pemimpin memiliki fungsi yaitu sebagai penanggung jawab atas seluruh anggota/bawahannya dengan melakukan pengawasan kinerja anggota, turut memelihara keharmonisan hubungan kerja antar anggota, memotivasi bawahan untuk mencapai tujuan utama.


Tujuan adanya seorang pemimpin adalah seorang yang dapat mengatur anggotanya


ada beberapa gaya dalam kepemimpinan yaitu :
a. orientasi tugas : mengatur bawahanya dengan memberikan tugas-tugas terstruktur demi menjamin keberhasilan bawahan dalam melakukan tugasnya


b.orientasi kariyawan : memberi kebebasan pada karyawannya untuk berkreasi atau berinovasi sendiri demi mencapai sesuatu yang baru demi tercapainya tujuan bersama.






2. Apa itu kepemimpinan?
   Menurut saya kempemimpinan adalah suaatu kegiatan yang bertujuan mengatur, mengarahkan serta  memberi pengaruh kepada sekelompok bawahan atau anggota yang saling berhubungan, sehingga secara rela bekerja demi mencapai tujuan bersama. 


dan kepemimpinan memiliki beberapa tolak ukur, fungsi, tujuan, serta gaya memimpin pada intinya seorang pemimpin harus memberikan contoh yang baik pada anak buahnya agar dapat mengatur anggota atau bawahannya karena seorang pemimpin memiliki tanggung jawab atas kinerja bawahannya serta kesuksesan suatu perusahaan.

menurut saya gaya kepemimpinan adalah cara atau metode seorang pemimpin dalam mengatur atau mengarahkan anak buahnya.


jika saya menjadi seorang pimpina maka saya akan menerapkan kepemimpinan dengan gaya orientasi kariyawan yaitu dengan memberikan kebebasan pada karyawan untuk berkreasi dan berinovasi dalam melakukan tugasnya namun tetap pada batasan-batasan tertentu. tujuannya adalah memberi rasa percya diri pada karyawan serta mengembangkan hal yang ada agar tidak monoton demi mencapai tujuan utama perusahann.

Meaning and function of the Housekeeping

HRD (Human Resources of Development) Manager has the functions and scope of work are:

While the job description of the HRD (Human Resources of Development) Manager are as follows: 

a. Prepare, plan, monitor and evaluate the budgetary costs of effectively and efficiently and be responsible for any expenses the result of activities

     2. HRD (Human Resources of Development) Administrator  
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

b. Preparing payroll in preparation for the current month, between December 16-20 every month.

Accounting Department
 

Accounting Department which serves to make a record of all transactions that occur on a regular basis, so that each end of the month, year-end statements can provide information about the financial position relating to hotel assets, debts and capital as well as perihitungan profit and loss.Hotel Accounting
The phrase "money makes the world go round" is true for accountants hotel.                                 Is to track every financial transaction in the hotel to ensure that all monies in and out accurately recorded and handled.
